Hepatitis Screening Day (Marseille, Sept 12, 2025)

Hepatitis C remains a major health challenge in prison settings, where prevalence rates are significantly higher than in the general population. This one-day event in Marseille will focus on:

• The European guidelines for eliminating Hepatitis C in detention (Dr. Fadhi Meroueh)

• Innovative approaches to screening and treatment (Dr. Jouve, Dr. Chinoune, Dr. Gillet)

• Strategies to ensure continuity of care after release

• The role of community-based interventions in improving health outcomes (Perrine Roux & Joachim Levy)

• Harm reduction and holistic approaches to patient care (Dr. Fadi Maroueh)
